REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Kannankandy Estore reserves the right to cancel any order as per certain criteria.

Cancellation by the User

Kannankandy Estore has the right to accept or reject your cancellation request. If the request is received prior to the processing and approval of the order, the order shall be cancelled and the entire amount will be refunded to you within a reasonable period of time. A processed order cannot be cancelled. Kannankandy Estore has the full right to decide whether the order has been processed or not. You agree to accept the decision of Kannankandy Estore.

Cancellation by Kannankandy Estore

Kannankandy Estore reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. The reason may be the non-availability of the product or quantities ordered or the service, errors in pricing information, problems identified by the IT department. Kannankandy Estore will contact you to notify about the cancellation.

If your order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged, you will be refunded the said amount.

A promo code once used shall not be refunded in case of cancellation of order either by customer or Kannankandy Estore.

Kannankandy Estore has the right to cancel any order that classifies as ‘Bulk Order’. Reward points or promo codes used for placing such orders will not be refunded. All the orders mentioned above come under the class of ‘Bulk Orders’.
